By downloading, installing, or using Unplugged Recorder ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
2. Creator Content Ownership (100% Yours)
You, your students, or your children retain 100% full intellectual property ownership and copyright of all voice recordings, stories, interviews, and audio files created using the Application.
We claim no ownership, rights, or licenses over your recordings. You are free to share, export, distribute, or import your stories into any external editor (such as Unplugged Podcast Maker) without restriction.
3. Pricing & License
Unplugged Recorder is 100% free to download and use:
- No Subscriptions: There are no recurring charges.
- No In-App Purchases: All features (including lossless WAV recording, trimming, and external drive support) are included free.
- Educational & MDM Distribution: Free deployment across school iPad fleets via Apple School Manager.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Data Safety
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. While we incorporate dual-safe saving and a 15-day recovery bin, users are encouraged to back up important recordings using iOS Files, AirDrop, or external drives.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Application.
