• 100% On-Device Processing: All audio mixing, pitch shifting, and episode exports happen entirely on the local device. Nothing is sent to the cloud.
• Zero Tracking & Zero Ads: There are no third-party trackers, analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social logins inside the app.
• Grown-Up Protected: In-app purchases and external links are strictly guarded behind an interactive math parental gate.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The Unplugged Podcast Maker is engineered from the ground up as a standalone creative tool. We do not require account registration, user profiles, or logins. We have zero knowledge of who is using the app.

We do NOT collect:

• Names, usernames, passwords, or home addresses
• Email addresses or phone numbers
• Precise or coarse GPS location data
• Unique device advertising identifiers (IDFA) or device fingerprinting
• Audio recordings, podcast titles, or cover art creations

2. Device Permissions (Microphone & Photos)

To function as a podcast studio, the app requests standard iOS system permissions:

• Microphone: Required solely to record voice clips inside the multi-track studio timeline. Microphone audio is processed live and written directly to the app's local sandbox on the device. Audio is never transmitted over the internet.
• Photo Library (Add Only): If the user chooses to tap "Save to Photo Album" in the Cover Art Studio, the app saves the rendered podcast badge image directly to the device's photo gallery. We do not read or view existing photos in the library.

3. Children's Online Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

We take child privacy with utmost seriousness. Our application fully adheres to the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / GDPR-K), and Apple's strict App Store Review Guidelines for the Kids Category (Guideline 1.3 & Guideline 5.1.4):

• No behavioral profiling, targeted marketing, or analytics.
• No behavioral remarketing or cross-app tracking.
• All purchase options are locked behind a math challenge intended for adults only.
• 100% compliant with classroom deployment under Apple School Manager and MDM policies.

4. In-App Purchases & StoreKit

The app offers an optional one-time Lifetime Pro upgrade. All financial transactions and payment card details are processed directly and securely by Apple through Apple StoreKit 2. We never see, receive, or store your credit card or billing details.
