🎤 Microphone is not recording voice?
Open your iPad or iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone, and ensure the toggle next to Unplugged Podcast Maker is turned ON.
🔊 Can't hear playback through speakers?
Ensure your device is not muted via the physical switch or Control Center. If headphones are plugged in, audio routes through headphones. Also check that your individual track volume sliders in the studio are not turned to 0%.
🖼️ Cover Art not appearing in Photos album?
When saving artwork from the Cover Art Maker, iOS will prompt for photo album permission. Check Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Unplugged Podcast Maker and ensure "Add Photos Only" is permitted.
🔄 How to restore your purchase on another device?
Go to the Grown-Ups & Educators menu on the Home screen (or open the Pro Paywall) and tap "Restore Previous Purchases". Your purchase will automatically reactivate if signed in with the same Apple ID.
